MDCAT 2024 Registration: Who Can Register?

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet certain criteria, according to the latest Pakistan Medical & Dental Council admission regulations (updated on August 14th, 2024). A minimum of 55 percent unadjusted marks (650/1100) must be obtained in the intermediate/HSSC Pre-Medical Group or an equivalent exam (such as A-Levels, 12th Grade, etc.) and more than 80% must be obtained in the ninth and tenth grades.

It is important to note that prospective students can apply for admission even if they have not yet received their final examination results. This provision allows prospective students to apply even if they have not yet received their results.

Last date for UHS MDCAT registration 2024

MBBS/BDS candidates must apply online before the last date and choose their entry test center before the 19 November 2024 MDCAT entrance test will be held in Sindh and KPK. To be eligible for MDCAT Online Registration 2024, candidates must obtain at least 65% in Pre-Medical FSC with Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English.

Registration for PMDC MDCAT 2024-2025: How to Apply

Find out how you can apply online for MDCAT registration in 2024, what documents you need, what the syllabus and test format are, and how the MDCAT test paper will look. We also include the official contact details and the address details of UHS (University of Health Science) at the end of this article if any students or their guardians want to contact the officials of the university.

Step-1: Access the online application portal

To access the online application portal, access the official PMDC website using your browser and a steady internet connection.

Step-2: Access Site

If you go to the official PMDC Website, scroll down to the ‘Exams Online’ section. You’ll find a sub-section called ‘Click here for MDCAT’. Simply click that link to be directed to the MDCAT site.

Step 3: Register or sign in

If you have already visited the site, you can sign in or you can sign in and register yourself for MDCAT.

Step 4: Complete the application

If you choose the signup option you will be redirected to the signup page where you’ll need to fill in your details. Make sure to enter all the necessary information and crosscheck for errors on the online application form. Provide accurate information about your personal and academic background.

Step-5: Add Details

To proceed to the next step, click the register button at the end of the sign-up sheet once you have completed the first step. In the previous step, students’ details will be automatically displayed in the columns on the next page. However, they will still need to fill out all the other columns, including uploading a photo of themselves.

Step-6: Save and proceed

After you have re-checked and added all the details, click the continue and save button.

Step-7: Include details about your education

As a next step, you need to fill out the information in the column provided with your educational details. You have the option of choosing between international and national students. The option includes a choice of exam environment, including whether you prefer a Pakistani center or an international center. Click the ‘Continue to Payment’ button after entering all the details.

Step-8: Payment

After successful registration, you will receive the registration fee message. It costs 6000/-pss. Click the Pay Now button. You can pay the fee by debit/credit card or bank account. The paid challan does not need to be uploaded to the PMC portal. PMDC will upload it automatically.

Here are some important instructions for registering for MDCAT

• Centers will close at 9:30 am on the test date, so candidates must arrive at their respective centers by 08:30 am positive.
• MDCAT portal login is required to download the admit cards/roll no. slips for all eligible candidates.
• As part of the exam preparation, candidates are required to bring the following items:
• Admit cards (downloaded from the website) must be submitted along with original CNICs/ NICOPs/ Juvenile Cards/ POCs/ Original Passports/ B-forms.
• A copy of the original NADRA token slip must be submitted along with the government-issued photo identification, such as a matriculation certificate or intermediate certificate, if you lost your CNIC or applied for a new one.
• A clipboard that is clean.
• There should be two blue ballpoint pens (not a pointer, marker, pencil, gel pen, etc.).
• Wearing proper masks and maintaining social distancing are part of the government’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Covid-19.
• If you provide a mobile number and e-mail address on the online application form, please make sure they are entered correctly and remain active throughout the process.
• Using mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic gadgets in the examination hall will result in strict disciplinary action, and the gaper may also be barred from taking the MDCAT in the future.

Submission of MDCAT fees and admittance cards for 2024

Candidates or their representatives must visit the bank during banking hours after submitting the online application form for 2024. They should bring a printed copy of the application form. The bank is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Upon payment of the MDCAT fee of Rs. 6000/- (non-refundable), the bank official stamps the application and returns a copy to the candidate.
